MiOTA has invited over 6,000 OT practitioners who are licensed in the State of Michigan to attend this year’s conference.

Event Schedule:

Thursday, October 5:
Exhibitor set-up: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sessions: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Welcome reception: 6:00 p.m. -  6:45 p.m.

Friday, October 6
Keynote panel: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Breakout sessions: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
PAC Gala: 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 7
Business meeting: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Breakout sessions: 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
Conference concludes 2:00 p.m.
 
A few reminders:
 
  • Exhibit table includes:
    • welcome reception for 2 exhibitors
    • 8 ft table, 2 chairs
    • 1 wastebasket
    • Wifi
    • logo on website and conference app
  • No outside food or beverages
  • Set up your personal event schedule thru SCHED - you will receive an email invitation the first week of September to set up your schedule 
  • Hotel rooms: $315.00 single/night or $195 per person/night for 2 guests

      • Additional fees apply (hotel fee, sales tax, island fee, $8.50 per person baggage fee)
