Thursday, October 6:
Exhibitor check-in: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sessions: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Welcome reception: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Board meeting: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Friday, October 7
Keynote panel: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Breakout sessions: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Evening: alumni event/ explore Grand Rapids 

Saturday, October 8
Business meeting: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Breakout sessions: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
 
A few reminders:
 
  • Set-up: Thursday from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Tear down: Saturday from 1:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m.
  • No outside food or beverages
  • Please follow the instructions on the email to obtain the SCHED app
