Event Schedule: Friday, October 18 Exhibitor set-up: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sessions: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Welcome reception: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. Saturday, October 19 Keynote panel: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Breakout sessions: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Sunday, October 20 Business meeting: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Breakout sessions: 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Conference concludes 2:00 p.m. A few reminders: Exhibit table includes 8 ft table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, Wi-FI, 2 registrations, breakfast, lunch, and welcome reception (reception admission is for Friday only) No outside food or beverages Set up your personal event schedule thru SCHED - you will receive an email invitation Monday, October 7 to set up your schedule On the boxes please include the following information: Vendor contact first and last name Vendor company number of boxes (example: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.) more info...
